چکیده
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs) are used to treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal problems (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout injuries), headaches, dental aches, surgical pains, dysmenorrhea. Aspirin other non-steroidal drugs can cause ulcers. Ginger, a common spice, is anti-inflammatory. Ginger's qualities make it suitable for the herbal treatment of inflammatory diseases in numerous cultures. This study examined effects ginger, an plant, aspirin, NSAID, on animal stomachs body weight. Both conditions various nations. Given that aspirin has been linked stomach ulcers, sought determine if ginger had larger cytoprotective impact. The hopes medicinal herb, might reduce inflammation 45 male Wistar rats. Three 15-rat groups—Control, Aspirin—were created. Five (5) rats each group were utilized assess mucus, ulcer scores, pepsin secretion from 15 group. groups received food water daily. For four weeks, mice 150 mg/kg aqueous extract, while animals aspirin. At end trial, considerably lower mucus than control groups. 0.05 significance difference, group's was significantly higher groups, although score Ginger weight changes at significant differences. may diseases, according decrease gain.
